The Bombay Brasserie has been redone to offer patrons a larger, airier dining venue.
A glass roof combines with leafy palms and other plants for a cheery tropical feel. The main dining area sports plush carpets and high ceilings and other touches that are a throwback to the days of the Raj.
In the conservatory area a show kitchen and rich marble floorings combine with a relaxed seating area, while warm timber floors mix with a more formal raised sofa seating arrangement.
The space is completed with a large comfy bar lounge and a private dining room with its own small lounge.
The quirky contrasts come together to create an ambience that goes wonderfully well with the cuisine even as it seems to contradict it.
